We are pleased to announce that work has begun on Café La Lot Restaurant, a Vietnamese bistro featuring authentic and fusion cuisine. Menu items will include traditional Vietnamese favorites that are sure to create a unique and memorable dining experience. Additionally, there will be a substantial beer, wine and cocktail list.

 Café La Lot is operated by the owners of Café Pho, a Vietnamese restaurant with three locations in the Seattle area; Downtown, South Center Mall, and Northgate Mall. La Lot will provide lunch and dinner and will operate well into evenings and on weekends. The new restaurant will be an excellent amenity to Aspira and the neighborhood. La Lot will occupy the retail spaces along Stewart Street and operations are expected to begin around the first of the year.
