We have two, Dream Turf areas for your pup’s to visit and make new friends.  Dream Turf is synthetic grass that looks and feels like real grass!

Here at Aspira we are BIG on being Green! Our building is the first and only four star certified building in Seattle. As part of the Green Street program, we encourage everyone to do their part to help the environment. We offer energy star certified appliances, lush landscaping on outdoor garden terraces, bicycle storage for a car-free commute, and just in case you don’t drive and would like to use Zip Car, we have nearby Zip Car locations.

What is Zip Car? It’s wheels when you want them. If you are use to taking the bus, or taking taxi cabs but occasionally need a car, this is a perfect program for you.  There are eleven locations for Zip Cars within walking distance of our front door.

The closest being on Stewart and Terry Ave!
